The UK is of international important for Eurasian Curlew, with 25% of the world's breeding population
and 30% of the winter population spending time on our shores, estuaries and moorland.
By 2033, in Wales, the breeding population is projected to be no longer viable due to habitat loss,
predation and an ageing breeding population not fledging enough chicks to maintain Curlew numbers.
I had the privilege to document the work of the Curlew Life team on the North Wales Moors in the 2023
